Have a particular piece of jewellery in mind you've always wanted but can't find it on the high street?

Have a special occasion and want jewellery to match your outfit?

Seen something on our Website you like but would prefer in a different material, style or colour?

Don't have time to go to various shops or just simply want something that someone else may have?

Want to give a special someone a bespoke gift?

So, how do you get things started?

Let us know what you have in mind or if you have a sketch, feel free to email this to us.

Once we have this information, we will be able to give you some ideas.

Designing

You will receive by post or an emailed picture of your jewellery.

This will be time to make any changes and give us any feedback.

Please allow a maximum of 2 weeks for the piece to be made but usually this is sooner. However, if this is urgent we will work with you to have this done as soon as possible.

We will also be able to give you an approximate price and ask for 50% deposit at this stage. Please note that if you pay by cheque the work will not start until payment has cleared.

Delivery

Once the jewellery is finished the remaining balance will be due and we will arrange for collection or we are happy to post to you at your desired address.

Please note that if paying the balance by cheque, delivery will not be made until the payment has cleared.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have paid a deposit then there is no fee payable. If you decide you no longer want the commissioned piece then we would be unable refund your deposit as work may have started on your piece already. However, feel free to change your design.

Refunds & Returns

Commissioned jewellery is non-refundable, however if there is a clear fault then we will do our best to repair this at no charge.
